Mount Kadam is a volcanic mountain in the southern part of Karamoja region in Nakapiripirit district surrounded by a number of different tribes like the Karimojong, Gishu, upe, Tepeth, Sebei, Pokot and the Kadama etc. due to its geographical location and the fertile soil hence favoring their crops. The mountain is believed to the second highest with its estimated peak of about 3000m. Therefor the hiking will involve meeting all the above tribes, participating in their daily activities while sharing the living history of the place, the camp will be set at the strategic location of both sunrise and sunset.
