The Buganda Kingdom 360 experience

Visit the Lubiri, Royal Mile and Bulange

This will give you a 360 experience of the some of the most beautiful sites and historical elements of the Buganda kingdom and Uganda at large. We shall welcome you to the beautiful Mengo palace. Visit the official palace of the King of Buganda built-in 1885 by King Daniel Mwanga II. The history of Twekobe (main house) and the canon is something you cannot afford to miss! The well-maintained trek down to the Iddi Amin's torture chambers is such an incredible one that will soothe your body and mind! Not forgetting the "dark" story of what transpired at the dungeon. We shall stroll through the stretch of road which is between the Lubiri and the Bulange called the Royal Mile (Kabakanjagala road) which hosts the 56 totems, the basic unit for this great kingdom. It is very significant in the history of the kingdoms because it links the kingdom headquarters (Bulange) to the Mengo palace (Lubiri). The history of the significant buildings along this road makes it a MUST-Visit site in Uganda. Foreigners will have to pay a different fee for this experience.
