Low elements experience

The Low Ropes Elements is a combination of 10 ground obsta- cle challenges to include cones, rope huddles, sack race,crawling net, obstacle wall climb and tyre challenge. Team work and corporation between team members is requiredas the game is structured in a relay format where the first team member of the winning group catches the flag to emerge the winning team.
