We are only 20 minutes away from Kampala business district and 58 minutes away from Entebbe International Airport. Kyanja Ring Road is known for its convenient access to restaurants, shopping centres, mosques, churches, pharmacies, & hospitals. All within walking distance. The space This bright and spacious apartment has; -2 bedrooms -2 bathrooms -Living room -Dining room -Kitchen -Balcony -Rooftop terrace -Unlimited Wifi -Netflix -Free Parking It sleeps a maximum of four people and is situated on the Top floor of a 3 storey building; safe and secure with self check-in, private security and outdoor surveillance cameras. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with; -Fridge -Gas Oven -Microwave -Water dispenser -French Press -Rice cooker -All kitchen supplies -Smoke detectors Each bedroom is well equipped with; -Comfy queen bed -Night lamp -Spacious closet space -Laundry basket -Fan for those hot Kampala days Clean up and linen change is done twice a week for longer stays. A washing machine is provided for your own use, as well as an energy inverter to mitigate the infamous Kampala Load Shedding. Please note that SMOKING, PETS, UNAUTHORIZED OVERNIGHT GUESTS, UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY, PARTIES AND LOUD NOISE ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. There are two other families living in the building and we hope that you can stay respectful and considerate. If you would like to book Maisha Living for commercial photo/videography, please let us know in advance and we shall arrange an appropriate set up for you. Thank you~ Guest access Guests have access to free parking space for personal private cars. Other public transportation means like Uber, Bolt, boda-boda ( motorbike uber) come in handy to get around the city, but must wait outside the gate, for security reasons. Guests also have access to the rooftop terrace. Other things to note We accept luggage drop off incase you reach Kampala earlier than expected. If you would like any extra items like a baby crib, or extra basin etc, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange it for you. PLEASE leave the apartment as you found it, with kitchen utensils cleaned and garbage disposed away. In other words, please take good care of our home with the same dignity as you would your own home. It would really fill our hearts with joy.
